What it's for
Scheduling your visit, loading the right parts, writing your quote and invoice, and honoring the written warranty when you call back. The booking form rides a delivery service straight into the shop's inbox — nothing else touches it.
What never happens
No selling, renting or trading your details; no marketing lists you didn't ask to join; no 'just checking in' messages after a finished job. The relationship restarts when your next appliance acts up, not when a campaign calendar says so.
Third parties
Google Fonts serves the typefaces and a form-processing service carries the booking form — each sees only the technical minimum its job requires. Repair records reach no data brokers and no advertisers, and legal disclosure happens only where the law leaves no choice.
