Straight answers.

How does the $91 diagnostic work?

You pay $91 for the visit and a real diagnosis — meter testing, not a glance. Approve the written quote and the $91 counts toward it; decline, and it's the whole bill. There's no version where you pay it twice or on top.

How do I use the $25 coupon?

Say CLARA25 when you call, or use the website form — it attaches automatically and shows up in our copy of your request. It takes $25 off any completed repair, one per visit. It doesn't discount the diagnostic, which already works as repair credit.

How fast can you come out?

Most Tri-Cities calls land a same-week window, Pasco addresses often same-day, and warm refrigerators jump the queue by standing rule. We schedule Monday through Saturday and give you the first window we can actually honor — never one we can't.

Do you repair all brands?

The fifteen mainstream nameplates on our brands page cover nearly every Tri-Cities kitchen and laundry room, and rarer brands usually still get a yes after a model-number check. European and premium parts sometimes add a shipping day — flagged at booking, never discovered on the invoice.

What warranty do I get?

A written one, on the invoice, covering the installed part and our labor. If the same fault returns within the warranty terms, the return visit costs nothing and requires no debate — that's the point of putting it on paper.

Should I try fixing it myself first?

Safe basics, absolutely: breaker, lint screen, drain filter, child-lock button. Our service pages list what's worth trying for each machine. Past that line live voltage, gas and sealed refrigerant take over, and the $91 diagnosis is cheaper than a cart full of guessed parts.

Do you sell appliances or haul old ones away?

Neither — Clara repairs, full stop. What you get instead is an honest verdict when a machine isn't worth saving, buying advice with no commission behind it, and the old unit disconnected and staged for whoever delivers the new one.

What should I have ready when I call?

The symptom in a sentence, the brand, and — gold star — the model number from the sticker inside the door or behind the kick panel. Those three things decide which parts ride the van and whether your repair ends in one visit.
